Amazing site, where wildlife bushes start from the beach front. Forming azure blue water, whites and wildlife intertwined.
At Saadani you will encounter herds of elephants, lions, leopards, hyenas, blacked jackals, giraffes, buffalos, warthogs, wildebeests, reedbucks, hartebeests, common water bucks, eland, yellow baboons, velvet monkeys, sable antelopes, and greater kudus.
Located northwest of Dar es Salaam and south west of Tanga with estimated 100 kms on each route.
The park is famous for game drive, guided walks and boat trips through Wami River. Visit Saadani, to experience life of saadani fishing village, using traditional fishing dhows.
Saadani national park can be accessed by charter flight from Dar es Salaam or Zanzibar, or by road through Tanga, about 100 km from Tanga port.
DAY 1.
The trip starts at your hotel in Dar es Salaam early in the morning. Drive to Saadani through Tanga. After arriving at the Lodge in Saadani, you will get quick lunch and the first afternoon game drive will take place. After game drive, you will enjoy your dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.
DAY 2.
After breakfast, proceed to explore Saadani treasures with four-wheel drive Vehicle. You will have food while in the park. You will get a chance of boat trip through Wami River. If time allow, we will visit fishing village, so that you experience life style of local fishermen and their families. Dinner will be at the Lodge.
DAY 3.
After breakfast, we will conduct the morning game drive, then return to the Lodge, ready to drive back to Dar es Salaam. Lunch will take on the way. We will take you to location.

You need to get a Tourist Visa to get in Tanzania, and you can get a visa at the Tanzanian embassy in your country, or you can be granted one at the airport on your arrival.
